During the month long read-a-thon, students from Henry Elementary School kept journals to document their reading. Altogether, they read 943,755 pages! The school, along with the support of the Spirit of Sue Fund, was able to donate 35 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 35 Jester & Pharley Dolls to Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach, CA, for use with their pediatric patients.

The school, along with VERIZON, was able to donate 30 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 30 Jester & Pharley Dolls to the pediatric patients at Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach, CA.
