During the three week read-a-thon students from Maxwell Elementary School kept journals to document their reading. Altogether they read an amazing 592,084 pages. The school, along with David & Ludie Henley and Robert & Donna McHugh, was able to donate 35 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 35 Jester & Pharley Dolls to the
Orange County Ronald McDonald House in Orange, CA, to gift to the families who benefit from their services.
