During the three week read-a-thon students from McKinley Elementary School kept journals to document their reading. Altogether they read 112,106 pages and donated 40 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle/El Bufón ha perdido su gracia and 40 Jester & Pharley Dolls to Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach, CA, for use with their young patients.
