During the month long read-A-thon students from Meairs Elementary School kept journals to document their reading. Altogether they read 416,827 pages! The school, along with the Weingart Foundation, was able to donate 35 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 35 Jester & Pharley Dolls to UCI Medical Center in Orange, CA, for use with their pediatric patients.
