During the three week read-a-thon students from Nestle Avenue Elementary School kept journals to document their reading. Altogether they read over 150,000 pages. The school, along with the Joseph Drown Foundation, was able to donate 30 copies of The Jester Has Lost His Jingle and 30 Jester & Pharley Dolls to Adventist Health White Memorial, in Los Angeles, for use with their young patients.
