Palos Verdes Cub Scouts help raise the spirits of hospitalized children. Patrick Lowenstein joins The Jester’s Mom, Barbara Saltzman, on KABC-TV News to talk about how the Cub Scouts are sharing David Saltzman’s book, The Jester Has Lost His Jingle, with ill children. “I feel good knowing that I am helping children get through rough times,” Patrick told the KABC-TV anchors.
